Netze BW: A Digital Companion for Service Technicians

The SAP AppHaus supported Netze BW in developing a solution that accompanies service technicians in the field. Based on SAP Business Technology Platform, the application allows technicians to be up-to-date on their assigned work orders and directly submit data from the app to SAP systems. The fast turnaround time as well as higher safety standards for the field workers led to the recognition of Netze BW as “Adopion Superhero” at the 2022 SAP Innovation Awards.
