Choose the right workshop for your project phase

Each workshop in this toolkit supports a different stage of the 
Human-Centered Approach to Innovation. The best starting point depends on where you are in your journey—and what your team or customer wants to achieve.

Start in the Explore phase if you’re identifying opportunities and exploring what AI can do for your organization.

Move into Discover and Design when you’re ready to shape a solution around one of your ideas.

  • Use the Business AI Design Workshop to define how an AI solution should work, and map out a concept to improve a specific process.
  • Use the AI Agent Design Workshop to define who your agent should support and how—including what tasks it should handle, tools it should use, and how humans stay in the loop.
