Each workshop in this toolkit supports a different stage of the Human-Centered Approach to Innovation. The best starting point depends on where you are in your journey—and what your team or customer wants to achieve.
Start in the Explore phase if you’re identifying opportunities and exploring what AI can do for your organization.
